Jewellery made and plated under one roof.

World Arts Jewellery Ltd. runs a jewellery manufacturing plant and its own electroplating plant. Casting, stone setting, assembly and surface finishing stay inside the group — so a colour correction takes a day, not a round trip between suppliers.

The company

A production house, not a trading office.

World Arts Jewellery Ltd. is a jewellery manufacturer in Dongguan, Guangdong. The group operates two connected plants: a jewellery works that handles blanks, stone setting and assembly, and an electroplating plant that handles surface treatment and colour.

Because plating is ours rather than a subcontractor's, colour approval, re-plating and finish adjustments happen on our own line. That shortens the loop that usually costs a brand the most time — the one between "the sample is right" and "the colour is right".

We work with jewellery brands, e-commerce sellers and corporate gift buyers, from first sample through repeat production. English and Chinese are both working languages.

Capability

Two lines, one factory floor.

01 — Jewellery works

Manufacturing

Mould making through to a packed piece: lost-wax casting, filing and pre-polish, stone setting, assembly and final polish.

Materials
925 silver, brass and copper alloy, stainless steel, zinc alloy.
Stones
Cubic zirconia, synthetic and natural semi-precious stones, freshwater and shell pearl, opal, mother-of-pearl, shell and resin inlay.
Setting
Prong, bezel, pavé, micro-pavé, channel and tension setting; hand setting for irregular and cabochon stones.
Tooling
CAD modelling, 3D resin printing, silicone mould and wax injection, in-house rubber mould library for repeat orders.
Finishing
Hand polish, sandblast, brushed and hammered texture, hand-painted and filled enamel, laser engraving.
02 — Plating plant

Electroplating

Our own line, our own baths. Colour is matched against a physical master sample and signed off before the batch runs — not chased across a third-party workshop.

Colours
Yellow gold (14K / 18K tone), rose gold, white rhodium, gun metal and black, antique silver, two-tone and three-tone combinations.
Processes
Barrel and rack plating, selective (partial) plating for two-tone work, e-coating / lacquer topcoat, anti-tarnish treatment.
Thickness
Specified per order — from a light flash to a heavy deposit for daily-wear and waterproof lines; measured before release.
Wear testing
Salt-spray and sweat-resistance testing to the buyer's stated hours; abrasion and adhesion checks on the batch sample.
Compliance
Nickel-free and lead-free bath options for EU and US retail; third-party test reports arranged on request.
Re-work
Stripping and re-plating of our own production, so a colour miss is corrected in days rather than re-ordered.

Selected work

Pieces off our own line.

All pieces shown were produced in our plants and are reference styles, not a stock catalogue. Body material, stone grade and plating colour are specified per order, and existing moulds can be modified to your design.

How an order runs

From a reference image to a packed carton.

01

Inquiry & quotation

Send a reference image, sketch or CAD file with your target material, plating colour and quantity. We come back with a unit price, tooling cost and schedule.

1–3 working days
02

Design & CAD

We model the piece, confirm stone sizes, wall thickness and weight, and send renders for approval before any tooling is cut.

2–4 working days
03

Mould & sample

Resin print, silicone mould, casting, setting and plating produce a physical sample. Revisions are made on our own floor.

1–2 weeks
04

Colour sign-off

You approve a physical master sample for colour and finish. That sample stays on the plating line as the batch reference.

With sample approval
05

Production & QC

Batch casting, setting, plating and assembly, with in-line checks on setting security, plating colour and adhesion.

2–4 weeks, quantity dependent
06

Packing & shipping

Poly bag, pouch, box or your own retail packaging; barcode and care card on request. Shipped ex-works, air or sea, or to your forwarder.

Skin safety & environment

Plating that passes the two tests buyers actually run.

Retail buyers ask the same two questions of a plating plant: what touches the customer's skin, and what leaves the factory in the water. Both are answered on our own line, because the plating is ours.

01 — Skin safety

What touches the skin

Hypoallergenic is a test result, not an adjective. These are the constructions and the tests behind ours.

Nickel-free build
Nickel-free underplate — copper-tin bronze or palladium in place of the usual nickel barrier — so there is no nickel layer sitting under the finish to reach skin as it wears.
Nickel release
Tested to EN 1811 against the REACH Annex XVII limits: 0.5 µg/cm²/week for prolonged skin contact, 0.2 µg/cm²/week for posts inserted into pierced ears.
Tested as worn
EN 12472 wear-and-corrosion simulation is run before the release test, so the result describes a worn piece rather than a new one.
Ear posts
316L stainless steel, titanium or 925 silver posts for sensitive ears; flat-back, screw-back and butterfly fittings.
Lead & cadmium
Lead-free and cadmium-free alloys and solders, to the limits your market sets — CPSIA and California Prop 65 for the US, REACH for the EU.
Sealing
A heavier deposit plus an anti-tarnish or e-coat topcoat keeps the base metal covered for longer — the practical difference between a piece that stays hypoallergenic and one that only starts that way.
02 — Environmental

What leaves the plant

Effluent, spent bath solution and sludge are handled as regulated waste streams, not as drain water.

Wastewater
Plating effluent is treated in the plant's own treatment station before discharge, with cyanide-bearing and chromium-bearing streams kept separate through their own lines.
Bath chemistry
Cyanide-free bath options for gold and silver, and trivalent rather than hexavalent chemistry wherever the target colour allows it.
Metal recovery
Rinse water and spent solution go to precious-metal recovery rather than to drain — the same reason it pays for itself keeps it out of the water.
Hazardous waste
Sludge and spent bath collected by a licensed hazardous-waste contractor, with transfer manifests kept on file for audit.
Water & energy
Counterflow rinse tanks and continuous bath filtration cut fresh-water draw and extend bath life between dumps.

Tested per order

Test reports are issued per order and per construction — a nickel-release result belongs to one piece in one plating spec, not to the factory as a whole. Tell us the market you are selling into and we will quote the testing with the order.

Quality

What we check before a carton closes.

Every check below is run against the master sample you approved, by the people who made the piece — not by a separate inspection company seeing it for the first time.

  • Stone security and setting height checked piece by piece on set items.
  • Plating colour compared against the approved master sample under a consistent light source.
  • Adhesion and abrasion checks on batch samples; salt-spray testing to the hours you specify.
  • Dimensions, weight and ring size verified against the approved sample.
  • Plating thickness measured on the batch before release, against the figure on your spec.
  • Ear posts and findings checked for finish and fit where skin contact is continuous.

Contact

Send us the piece you want made.

A reference image and a quantity are enough to start. We reply with a price, a schedule and an honest view of what will and will not hold up in production.
